WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Rand Paul today announced plans to introduce an amendment to the Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development Appropriations Act to block taxpayer benefits for new refugees from high-risk countries. Text of the amendment will be available shortly.
