WASHINGTON, D.C. – This morning, U.S. Senator Rand Paul joined MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” to continue discussing his opposition to the consideration of former Ambassador John Bolton for Secretary of State. During the interview, he explained the importance of appointing someone with a “realist” point of view on foreign policy, as well as the need for our country’s “chief diplomat to be a diplomat, not a bomb thrower.”
Sen. Paul also discussed the potential selection of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani to the position.
