WASHINGTON, D.C. –  Today, physician and U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) announced his invitation to Christopher 2X and University of Louisville health surgeons Dr. Keith Miller and Dr. Christopher Jones to come to his office in Washington, D.C. for a briefing and discussion of their Future Healers program. 
 
The Future Healers program is designed to encourage youth in the neighborhoods most affected by violence to pursue lives of healing as health care professionals. The visit is set to take place sometime this September. 
 
This invitation follows Dr. Paul’s public appearance with Christopher 2X in Louisville, Kentucky, yesterday, where they discussed the ongoing violence problem in the city, as well as the Future Healers program and their efforts to expose at-risk youth to potential careers in medicine.
